Returns

At GrillSpot, making sure you get the right parts is paramount. If the parts you ordered don’t fit, or you are not satisfied, for any reason, we will happily accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:

• Returns are accepted up to 90-days from the date of shipment.
• Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged, unused, saleable, with original labels and packaging (if applicable).
• Perishable items cannot be returned.
• GrillSpot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
